Ishrak Workgate mediates the recruitment of workers from Indonesia for companies in Albania and Kosovo. Sending a request or registering a profile does not guarantee employment or that a request will be filled. Final terms are set out in the relevant contracts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password safe. An account belongs to one company or one person. We may close an account that is used abusively or with false data.
3. Company requests
Requests are published only after approval by our team. We may edit the text for clarity or reject requests that do not comply with the law or these terms. By typing your full name and giving consent, you confirm the form details on behalf of the company.
4. Worker profiles
Workers confirm that the information and documents they upload are true. Profiles are not published; they are used only for the recruitment process.
5. Content and ownership
The texts, graphics and logo of Ishrak Workgate are our property and may not be copied without permission.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of it. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the service is provided (Albania or Kosovo). Disputes are first resolved by agreement.
