This policy explains how Ishrak Workgate ("we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of companies and workers who use this website. We apply it in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Albanian Law on Personal Data Protection and the Kosovo Law on Personal Data Protection.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ishrak Workgate. For any question about your data, write to info@ishrakworkgate.com.
2. What data we collect
- Companies: company name, business ID (NUI/NIPT), contact person, email, phone, country and the details of the worker request (position, number, working conditions, salary, benefits).
- Workers: full name, date of birth, gender, phone/WhatsApp, email, field and years of experience, education, languages, passport information, CV and photo.
- Contact messages: name, email, phone and message.
- Technical data: the IP address is used temporarily to protect against abuse (submission and login limits). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
- to review company requests and prepare employment contracts (performance of a contract and pre-contract steps);
- to select candidates and connect them with employers (your consent);
- to apply for work permits and visas (legal obligation);
- to reply to messages and manage your account.
4. Who we share it with
Worker data is shared only with the relevant employer, our licensed recruitment partners in Indonesia and the public authorities that process work permits and visas. Company contact details are never published. The public request list shows the company name only if the company chooses so; otherwise it shows "Private Company". We do not sell your data.
5. International transfers
For recruitment from Indonesia, some data is transferred to our partners in Indonesia. These transfers happen only when needed for the recruitment process and with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
Request and profile data is kept while the account is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (for example contract documents). Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Security
CVs, photos and PDF forms are stored in a protected folder that is not publicly accessible and can only be downloaded by authorised staff or the account owner. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port your data and withdraw consent at any time. You can change most of your data yourself under "My account". For other requests write to info@ishrakworkgate.com. You may also complain to the supervisory authority: the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (Albania) or the Information and Privacy Agency (Kosovo).

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
