Legal process
How the legal process works
Four clear stages, managed by our team for every worker.

Step 1
Employment contract
We prepare the contract from your form: salary, hours, housing and insurance. Both parties sign it.

Step 2
Work permit
We apply for the work permit with the relevant institutions in Albania or Kosovo, using company and worker documents.

Step 3
Visa
Once the permit is approved, the worker applies for a work visa. We prepare the file and follow the deadlines.

Arrival
We organise travel, pick-up and first orientation so the worker starts without delays.
